Hello guys and happy Sunday!

Life Lately

It’s been busy both in work and at home. As we near the holiday season, it always seems that the calendar fills up with so much stuff! I’m making a mindful attempt this year to not book all of our weekends with events and gatherings. I just want some time at home, curled up by the fire, you know?!

We celebrated both Halloween and Tilly’s birthday this past Thursday. Tilly got lots of treats and snuggles! It was raining for most of the day so we didn’t get to go for a walk but Tilly had fun at my sister’s house handing out candy to all the kids.

Molly was the most adorable cow you’ve ever seen! We all enjoyed pizza, cake, and watching Charlie Brown’s Halloween.

We enjoyed the last of our fall walks this past week as most of the leaves have fallen off the trees. It’s beginning to be that time of year when winter is fast approaching!

And, finally, I’ve been enjoying quiet time on the patio in the early evenings with a warm mug of hot cider. This time of the year can get quite hectic but I’m learning that, when I intentionally take the time to slow down, even the busiest of days have peaceful moments.

Weekly Shopping Finds- Things I’m Loving Lately

  • I recently started using Hilma natural supplements for tension headaches that come with muscle knots in my neck. It’s a drug-free alternative to keep in your back pocket!
  • For soft and healthy hair, I love the Aveeno apple cider vinegar clarifying rinse.
  • We recently switched to these teak kitchen utensils and they are AMAZING. Never going back to teflon! This is a great gift idea for those kitchen people in your life 🙂
  • At a recent AIRBNB, they had these waffle weave towels in the bathroom and I LOVED them. They are so soft!
  • I was in need of new socks and am pretty picky when it comes to the look, feel, and color of them. These athletic ankle socks are SO comfy and I love the neutral colors in the pack.
  • I’ve mentioned this brand before but I adore Semaine. I’ve been taking their pms and period support pills for over two years and couldn’t be without them around that time each month. Check them out…they also have supplements for menopause, probiotics, and the like!
  • I adore faux pillar candles and use them in so many rooms for the cozy months ahead! Check out these, these, and these.

Thank you so much for being here and joining me! I love sharing a little bit of my daily life with you.

Mindful Living Tip of the Week:‘ I gently move along anything lingering in my mind that is causing anxiety, panic, or stress. I gently let it slip into frame, then move it along, returning to my breath.’
